Adult Beginner Ballet 

Our Adult Ballet classes in Omaha are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their ballet foundation. Learn basic positions, barre exercises, and fundamental ballet technique while improving balance, core strength, flexibility, and posture. Each class incorporates stretching, center work, and gentle across-the-floor combinations, giving you a full-body workout while enjoying the artistry of ballet. Ballet is not only a fun and expressive form of exercise, but it also enhances muscle tone, coordination, and mental focus.

Adult Intermediate Tap

This adult tap dance class is designed for dancers with previous tap experience. Build on foundational steps including flaps, shuffles, cramp rolls, time steps, and more, while improving rhythm, coordination, and stamina. This class is a fun and social way to stay active, connect with other adults, and enjoy the energy of tap dance as fitness and performance.

Dance and Tone

In dance and tone, sweat and move to the music with easy to follow choreography and a party playlist!

Then strengthen with Pilates inspired training. With the help of balls, bands, and light hand weights we will activate our muscles through high repetition low impact moves. This class blends strength, balance, and mobility to take our bodies to the edge.
