Looking for a fun and energizing way to stay fit? Join us at Mary Lorraine’s Dance Center, one of the most trusted dance studios in Omaha, for our Dance and Tone class — a perfect blend of dance fitness and strength training designed for adults of all levels.
This one-hour fitness class in Omaha will have you sweating, smiling, and moving to the music 🎶 with easy-to-follow choreography and a high-energy playlist that makes working out feel like a party! No dance experience needed — just show up ready to move and have fun.

After you’ve danced it out, we’ll switch gears and focus on toning and strengthening the body with Pilates-inspired exercises. Using balls, resistance bands, and light hand weights, we’ll target every muscle group with high-repetition, low-impact movements that improve strength, balance, and mobility.
